2. Create your email template and include a button or hyperlinked text.
It might look like this:

3. After clicking the link, a new email will open for the customer that is prepopulated with an APPROVED statement.
So, all the customer needs to do from your initial email is 1) click on the button/hyperlink, and 2) Press SEND in the email.
